We sure missed the farm over the winter! Nothing feels (and smells) more like spring that the sight and sounds we can find there. The baby lambs and goats, the new addition Petunia, the (not at all!) miniature pig, the apple blossoms and the freshly manured gardens. The biggest development is that the docile, observant and calm baby of last fall has morphed into an excitable, energetic, babbling farm fanatic! Jacob LOVES the farm! He follows the big kids around doing everything they are (or he thinks he is anyhow) he feeds the animals, squeals in delight and runs around like he owns the place. It is a good thing he has his own personal Gramma to keep an extra eye on him when we go or I would find him in the goat pen.
