Sweet! What are the brown things around teh outside? Is that part of the cake or part of the lid of the cake plate? Are they chocolate bars?? I want to know details! ;)
It is a two layer marble cake with white vanilla icing wrapped with kit kats and topped with smarties, secured with a blue ribbon...it tasted as good as it looked:)
